I am so glad Briddick Webb was my realtor. He and his team were very helpful in making the process less of a burden for me, an out of state estate executor. For example, one morning I called him about a problem that had come up. He was busy getting little ones ready for school and he told me he would figure something out and a few minutes later he called me back with a plan. It was such a relief for me, knowing that things would be taken care of. I have a lot of respect for how Briddick conducts his business. Briddick worked patiently with us to find a second home in Bellingham which closed this month. We came up from out-of-town various weekends and holidays on short notice over the period of several months, but he always made time for us to show homes. My girlfriend and I were both kind of picky and had different ideas of what we were looking for. Somehow Briddick managed to point us to homes that worked for both of us. Briddick is very professional, well connected, and has good rapport with other agents and lenders. My girlfriend had lived in Bellingham previously and knew his good reputation. More importantly for us, he is a straight shooter, very approachable, and got the job done.

Professional, honest, and he has an ease about him that is very calming when making huge life decisions like buying or selling a home.
